1. Introduction

2. Nature of Services
A&A Consultancy provides healthcare licensing consultancy, document guidance, and general information related to professional registration processes in New Zealand, UAE, and India.
We do not represent, affiliate with, or act on behalf of any government or regulatory authority, including but not limited to:
New Zealand Nursing Council
Medical or Dental Councils
DHA, MOH, HAAD (UAE)
Indian Medical or Nursing Councils
Allied Health Professional Bodies
Approval decisions are solely made by the respective authorities. A&A Consultancy does not guarantee licensing approval or registration outcomes.
3. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are charged in NZD, AED, or INR, unless stated otherwise.
International payments may be subject to additional bank or transaction charges, which are the responsibility of the client.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided only under the following conditions:
The service has not yet commenced; or
There is clear non-performance of service from A&A Consultancy.
No refunds will be issued for:
Delays caused by licensing bodies, immigration departments, or external authorities;
Rejection or refusal by licensing councils or immigration authorities.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate, complete, and genuine documents;
Following instructions and timelines provided by A&A Consultancy;
Declaring any previous license issues, suspensions, or bans.
Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
A&A Consultancy shall not be held responsible for:
Decisions made by licensing or regulatory authorities;
Processing delays beyond our control;
Rejections based on the client’s background, history, or eligibility;
Errors or omissions in documents supplied by the client.
Our maximum liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the service fee paid by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, text, and materials are the intellectual property of A&A Consultancy. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
9. Disclaimer A&A Consultancy
All final decisions regarding licensing, approvals, or registration are made solely by the respective councils. A&A Consultancy provides only general guidance and document advisory services. We are not a government body, licensing authority, or Immigration agency
10. Amendments
A&A Consultancy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
